Similarly my double page spread also trailed after the conventions. I divided the article into columns so that it gives the page a professional impression, whereas the image located at the other side of the page. I included a headline and stand-first which I believe is an important convention to include since it may determine whether the audiences will read because a tedious headline won’t attract attention. It is critical that you start with a conventional headline or title yet an influential image which tells the story of the whole article or what the article is going to be about.
